I got back at around midnight last night and today I had a meeting so I'm just now getting on the boards for the day.
The evening went well. I went at 7 and it was already pretty crowded. I found someone I knew from the Immigration Depatrment at the embassy and stuck to him until I scoped out who else I knew. The crowd from the Hash arrived around 8:30/9.00. It was pretty fun. I meet people from Zulia, the US, Canada, Chile, the Netherlands, Germany, England, South Africa, Suriname, Guyana and of course Venezuela. I felt I was at the UN or something lol
XH took D to his parents so that was good because I had originally thought that the event would be over around 9:30 but as it turns out the people usually stick around until they run out of booze which was about 11:30 this time.
I saw XH today. He wanted me to go across the road to the bakery our friend owns. He had somethings to tell me and some paper to give me. In all honesty he could have done that over the phone and the papers were not pressing. ummm maybe he wanted to see me?
