Thanks to all for your support. To all...it is very possible that my W is reading this....or ...someone on her side. She knows everything..so..she is snooping. She knows that I am searching for a job and also knows about my banking. It's all OK because this is 'public knowledge', meaning, discoverable stuff, so, it doesn't bother me. She may be going into my car still or perhaps still finding a way to hack into my email.
Legally..still in limbo:
my W wants the house...or at least to stay in it...telling the Law guardian that she doesn't want to uproot the kids
the law guardian found us both to be competent parents
her atty AGAIN...told MY L..that I want to reconcile (don't ask me where that is coming from) and the law guardian said that she and I should go to marriage counselling. ????????????????????????? Recall that last week my W called me vile and disgusting
my L wants to put the house up for sale..which they are refusing..even after showing them the numbers and that the house will definitely go into foreclosure..possibly starting with the next payment (or lack thereof)
So...it just go to show you that LG's don't know and can't know the whole story.
