XH came and got D this morning for their usual day at the club. I had a class and then I have my IC and then an event at the embassy right after that. I need to let him know that I'm going and hopefully I'll be clear enough so he doesn't get snippy this time
I am trying to take care of me. XH has pulled back a bit but then again he is sick too so I can't evaluate why or even if it's a pulling back this time.
I can't babysit him and care for him if he doesn't want me too. With him a simple "how do you feel" is plenty because once you start asking if he needs anything he get's grumpy. If he wants then he asks.
