I may just do that! I use to be on a league when I was a wee girl, in fact my mom just found my 8 lb ball complete w/ my name lol heck I only used one 2 lbs heavier yesterday! lol

Last time I played was at my BF daughters birthday party, held at a bowling alley, the adults all had a game and my BF S and I were half tanked, and she fell on her butt , which for her was mortifiying lol I would of just laughed it off lol
Bowling while sober is much more difficult lol

Thanks for the advice today on Misty

If anyone has advice, I am not wanting to but processing toughts on declawing misty, I really do not want to, seems cruel but my furniture!! I have all new furniture and shes really being a pain, I have tried squirt bottles, and yelling and cutting her nails B has just sent for one of those pedipaws, the nail file for pets lol
She is suppose to be an "indoor" cat, and she hasnt gone out yet, but she just turned 6 months and w/ our lil mt. lions around here, i am not ready for her to go yet

I know not DBing but just looking for cat owner advice.

Most animal behaviorists recommend giving the cat alternatives to the furniture for scratching and using positive reinforcement when the cat scratches the tree or pole instead of the furniture.

Declawing is actually removing the last digit of their "finger", it isn't just removing the nail.

I personally would never do it. I would personally just consider it a last resort. Just my opinion!

what about that tape type stuff you can put on the furniture???

I have never tried it but it might work...

sounds dumb but what worked for moonfluff was one of those cardboard box type things with catnip on it

she shredded that to nubbins and didn't touch the couch when it was around

It had both sides, I am pretty much decided that I will not declaw, it just goes against my gut.
I will try the nail tips, they may not be the best but I do think she is learning, shes not fully grown yet, so if I keep up the training I may have it down!

Yea there are lots of things, wasnt sure about the tape, they also had some spray. I will def give them a try tho, at least till I can train her.
