Hey Dawn, Thanks for sharing your hypnotic experiences and thoughts on medical hypnosis. I am leaning towards it being OK for me. I actually did get it in a group setting for 4-5 years regularly. And apparently didn't get any undesired side effects, at least not that I am aware of.
