Alright, CB, I am in. I started this year at 355-360 lbs. I now weigh in at 287. I lost four lbs since Saturday, just a bit of stress. I am fasting until sundown today. Coffee and water only. It is a personal choice for religious reasons. I have a sorority function this evening and will nibble there, but nothing major.
My goal is to lose another 40 lbs by Christmas, than 25 more by my birthday--the beginning of March. 40 lbs by Christmas is only 2.5 a week. Getting exercise into my schedule is what I need to work on the most.

Ate ok yesterday, but went out for dinner and had tacos and pizza, then had a cup of ice cream at night. Ate well this morning, but now that fall is here, I am struggling to motivate to work out in the morning. I need to work out today when I get home from work.

Not too bad last night or this morning. Fall has arrived and it was sure hard to get out of bed this morning, something about the cool air, but I did and worked out. Felt really rusty after not working out since Saturday. Will work out again Saturday.

210 this morning! I need to stay focused over this weekend and work out hard. If I do, and if I hang in there next week, I should be 208 by next Friday, which would be my 1/2 way point.
How is everyone else doing?

PS - W and I did end up ML last Friday night and it was good. She didn't try to run out the clock, but I suspect that was because I told her the night before of my expectation.

You are doing so well. I am doing ok.... I have had a hard time with eating and being bogged down with moving and painting and blah , blah , blah. I haven't lost anymore. YUCK~!
I know what you are saying. When we have moved, or done other big projects, even though I am working my butt off and burning lots of cals, somehow I overly replenish and snack more during those times.

I am notching my belts one notch tighter and feel thinner. Haven't weighed in this week, but I feel like I am probably at 210 or 209.
Ate well last night at the Packer game (3 beers aside) and didn't give in to temptation when my wife wanted McDonalds on the way home. She had 2 burgers, I had a cone (140 cals only).
She has had her period, but it is done and I asked last night on the way home about ml tonight. We'll see how it goes since I am on the road then until Friday.
