Ironman rocked. The theater sucked. It's been years since I've been to the dollar movies, but now its two bucks?
And its pretty run down now. I'm a bit more critical since I spent 5 years in the business many moons ago.
Had the chocolate covered raisins instead. It wasn't too bad though. The alone thing.
I left off my girlies. I was hauling butt to get to the apartment before GBG because....well, ya'll know why. The group at the restaurant were the usuals. N, P and her H, K and of course B. On B's Bday, I got her flowers. Since then, I have missed P's and K's Bday, So I got all three of them 3 roses each. Later, N had a guy friend show up. They had dated a little, but stopped. He called her on her actual Bday on Tues and she told him about last night. She didn't expect him to show, but he did.
Boy, was I popular. I told them I'll stay for a short while. One drink maybe then I had to be somewhere. Questions galore. I finally told them what I was doing . I think they thought I was a little nutso. They kept trying to talk me out of it. I told them it was something I HAD to do.

After the movie, they were just finishing at the restaurant, so I met up with them again. Except for P and her H, we all went to a bar that has live music. Eighty's style last night. Danced all night and did a little drinking. A little? Okay, more than a little. I was a good boy. Just had a lot of fun. A lot. It's really good to get out. I missed a call from D11, so I texted her that I couldn't hear her and gave love and goodnights.
I got home at 3 so I'm tired. Last night, K invited me to go river rafting on Sunday with her and a friend. I'll really have to conider it since I've never done it before. Been floating down the river in a tube, but never in a raft.
It's something we do here in South Texas. The Guadalupe river. Float for a few hours with an ice chest full of beer floating with you and about a hundred others.
Will have some fun today with my babies. To Mervyns for some more clothes and then maybe a barbeque at another old friend's house. Another high school buddy that I lost touch with a couple years ago. Talked to him this past week. He and the other guy and I were GREAT friends and will be again.
This morning, I get a notice of a quaranteened email. I check it out and it's from GBG yesterday morning. She probably thinks I totally blew her off. She sent:
"Something nice that was sent to me, thought I'd share it with you, how were the kids this morning? Didn't get a chance to call Amanda this morning, scheduled to come in late so took advantage of sleeping in, since I've had trouble sleeping

P.S. And, remember... If life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, do Not attempt to resolve it yourself! Kindly put it in the SFGTD (something for God to do) box. I will get to it in MY TIME. All situations will be resolved, but in My time, not yours.

I ended up sending back to her:
"I just received your email. It had been quaranteened for some reason and it didn't show up until this morning for me to release it. Odd.
The first thing she checked was the phone yesterday morning, but she was fine. Of course, they are at mom's this morning. I think they went to Red Lobster last night, finally, so they were probably REALLY happy last night. Amanda called me last night, but I couldn't hear the phone where I was, so I texted her.
Today, we should be going to Mervyns and then maybe later, to Stace's house for a barbeque.

If you thought enough of your goal to get you to the movie, I am proud. I don't think there is anything wrong with going on "virtual" dates or get togethers. It gets us out and doing something, and then we really do get to chat it up after just like the real thing. Glad you had fun!

Yeah, like the alphabet girls are ever going to leave him alone!!! Hah!!! They would just see him as more of a challenge probably!
I've never done phone sex! Is that something you should do when you're married? If so, I will do it next time, but I'm more of a joky person so I would probably just crack myself up!!! Karen
