I'm a little confused but I admit I haven't read through your treads. Your W is home and affectionate to you but says she doesn't want to be married any more?

Well I wouldn't call it affectionate but she's nice to me.
She wants to divorce me and even started a No fault divorce case but if it goes any further she's in for a awakening because I haven't seen any paperwork yet. I really would hope that she's NOT planning on forging documents because it would get ugly real fast.

I pretty much got some things confirmed for me tonight by a good source.
It seems that W doesn't care if her car gets repo'ed or not...
She behind on her payments. Unfornately I'm the co signer.
If it gets repo'ed and she thinks shes driving my Monte Carlo, she's nuts! No way she'll drive it with an suspended license.
She has been seen with an other man but my source was unsure if it was a friend or an other man.
My source called my W selfish. I agreed with this person but told them I will continue to stand for my marriage. I didn't go into how I thought my W was a WAW in MLC.
I just need to detach a little more and be nice but not too nice.
