I agree Amy. She is 12 now, and can make a choice based on what she wants. I am going to wait til towards the end of the weekend before I talk to her because I do not want to feel like I am influencing her decision. If she wants to continue on the way it is, then that is fine, but if she wants to cut back a little of her time with him, that is fine with me too. Texas family law states that the kids can have input on the decision when they are 12.
