Jen- i agree also with the self fulfilling prophecy. it is true no matter what you perceive to be the truth...it will happen if you focus on it. so better make it a posiitive outlook! thats my goal anyway!

I agree whole heartedly. I find that you can "fight" a sickness. When I do, I feel the same way. But I also believe that the quicker you get up and get moving, the faster your blood moves, and the quicker you heal. But mind over matter is a very powerful thing.

I have been telling people for years that I never get sick. I truely believe that and I never get sick. In 10 years I've been sick in bed maybe 3 times (of course that doesn't count hangovers lol)
