And remember, it's not going to happen overnight. My H has been doing this for a few weeks now, and although the progress is slow, there are small steps. That's okay, trust takes time to rebuild.
Its easier said than done, trust me (I know, you have seen me in a panic) but you can do it...and you are on the path!
