The excitement and progress, all mixed up with the doubt and wonder of what their thinking, and where things will end up.
I'm SO over this ride, and just ready for him to be home, and life to be good again. And the thing is, is I see it so clearly, but I know he doesn't yet, so I have to be patient. It's so hard though.
Try to cling to the positive baby steps.

Thanks Chris, I am doing just that. I know we are slowly starting to make progress, and this is good. I need to hold fast to what I have been doing, and keep DBing and letting him have his space. I am ready, too, but he is not right now. This is all he can give right now, and I have no expectations. When he is ready, he will give more.
