wow phil you kind of sound like me... except you post you anger, i kept it in. it comes through in life though. people can tell what you are thinking. i didn't chill out for a long time. i spoke all of the faith stuff, but couldn't give up my fleshly anger. i'm divorced, it didn't work for me too well. you have the power through God to do this. you have to live it. give up your life to live for Him. it's easier said than done. don't take 3 years to learn like i did. it blows, you waste a lot of time learning and relearning something that's in you all along.
