Financial reality sucks Sandy. I understand. We have a nice lifestyle here but most of our equity is in our house. To start over for each of us meand the K's lose out on so many opportunities.

Not much you can do about that right now. But now you know the reality - maybe it will also hit H.
I did a financial statement and cash flow, W looked at it and basically filed it away. Still expects to keep the house, meaning I would live in a cardboard box. But, not going there at this moment.
