Ex showed up about half way into it. OW was not with him. My family embraced him with the exception of a couple of people.
He continually cried throughout.
At the end of the wake he came up to me and hugged me for the longest time. He told me he was so sorry. I did not know if it was because my mother had passed away or if he meant regarding what he did.
It does not matter. I'll take what I can get.
The funeral starts in one hour. He is a pallbearer. I hope all goes well and he does not decide to bring OW to that. None of my in laws showed up yesterday.
