Yes, I am trying to be as busy as I can be. - Oh, it would be nice if you could come along. I am sure we would have lots of fun. But I guess it is a bit too far to just pop round for a few hours – LOL!
Journaling: I had yet another nice day. At noon it started to warm up and I went to the beach after lunch. However, the water was again too cold for me to swim. So I just sunbathed and red a book. It was unexpectedly a very nice evening and I decided to go for dinner to the water front. It was lovely to sit in the sun and watch the sun set. As soon as the sun disappeared it got chilly. So I went home. I would have liked to meat with a GF but she was not at home.
I received a short but very nice e-mail from H thanking me for the b'day greetings. He ended with "much love to you"!!!! I really can't figure him out. Why is he suddenly so nice to me again? He didn't answers my questions though. (Actually, that is nothing new.)
You sound like you are keeping busy! You must live in a beautiful place. How about sending some rain this way! It is hot & dry, very dry!!! I don't think we are supposed to get any rain for a while. My yard is so dry, it crunches when I walk on it.
I know what you mean about seeing things that H made or things you used to do together. I've been cleaning out closets & found our bowling balls & my snorkeling stuff, all that we did together. It is very hard.
I'm sure that is very confusing your H saying "much love to you" that is strange.

nlt and Steelers, H usually signs either nothing when he is angry, with his name when he is not so angry and with "love" and his name when he is fine. I noticed once or twice in the last three years he also signed this way, but I cannot recall whether it was after about half a year after he left or just after he told me he would give us a second chance.

Today was nice in the morning but rained in the afternoon. I finally did some weeding in the garden before the rain. If I leave it too long they get out of hand, and I like to keep the yard looking at least a bit neat.
I called a GF to organize something for the week-end and she suggested to go to a concert. So I just need to organize something for either Sunday afternoon or evening. The weather will not be nice tomorrow, but as from Sunday it should be nice all next week. I am looking forward to sunbathing or maybe even swimming again.
Just a quick "Jounaling": Last night I had a good time with 2 GFs. The concert was not too good but still enjoyable. Afterwards the three of us went for a drink and discussed all kind of things. I enjoyed the evening.
Today is yet another beautiful and sunny day after it rained all day yesterday, and tomorrow it will rain again. I already went for a walk. So after lunch I am off to the water front. Unfortunately, I was not able to find somebody to come along as another GF is in bed with flu. But I will enjoy the day nevertheless.
True, You sound like you are getting stronger and are moving along nicely. Whether the concert was good or not, you enjoyed your evening w/your two gfs. That's all that matters...you enjoyed yourself.

I am glad you are doing things with friends. It is nice to be able to do that.
There are certain things I have found I can do "more of" since H is not living at home and that is talk to my friends more often and just being able to rekindle old friendships with people I have not seen in years.

I enjoy Sunday as well. I went for an ice cream on the water front and later on for a drink in another place. I am making the most of the beautiful weather altough it was chilly in the shade. - Have a great week.

Yes, you are right. I do many more things now that I am alone and also have more contact with some GFs. I still miss the old H very much and especially talking to him and telling him all about the fun things I did. Oh well, I will also get used to that part of my life. I must say that I don't miss the H I stayed with recently! I prefer to be alone than with a grumpy, moody person like he was sometimes, only critisizing me and telling me all sorts of hurtful things, and staying in his "cave" for hours.
