Think yourself lucky ladies my son will spend a fortune on the latest IT gadget or his car but wouldn't even think to buy a toilet brush!
I got so tired of always seeing a loaf on the worktop I went and bought a bread bin.
I guess we all have different priorities.

Ha, that sounds so typical too Naej! Different priorities those males have!

I had to snicker too, when I decided R could take this big heavy leather couch ( it has 2 recliners built in) HATE it, it was an ex purchase. Ry said, I am not telling dad until he gets here, it really is heavy as all get up, he said his dad will Sh!t, ahhhhh that alone is worth being couchless for awhile. hahaha

Hey Naej!
Just poppin in real quick

I wrote you

just a thought, as mean spirited as it may seem, I am starting to think that some people deserve what they get, if someone wants a person in their lives who dosnt respect them , takes advantages, uses them , mentally abuses them, and they are ok w/ it, maybe thats what they think they deserve and so be it. I am begining to think thats how it may be, we all were given a brain, we are all adults- some people are in denial and cant stand to hear what others so clearly see. So be it.

'just sayin and thats MY opinion \:\)
((((( Naej ))))
your a gem, and your too good to have to bother or worry or be upset
Talk to you soon!!

Hey K!

I told Ashley about the plunger and she laughed so hard. She is a "decorator" like me. She just nodded the "boys" nod. She "gets it".

I have to agree on the people with the blinders on. If I had stayed on that course with my H, I'd have shot myself by now. If I was living with him - it would be the most unhappy place on the planet. Cuz that's where he is still at 7 years later. That is NOT where I want to spend my life.

And encouraging each other to stick it out in the worst conditions is NOT what friends do. But we also know when to back off and that's what we've all done. Let them live it I guess. We tried.

Have a great day is S. Cal. I mean - who wouldn't have a great day in S. Cal????

Thank you figgy!
I had a great time, my friend J has got to be the best cook! her H barbqued filet mignot, she made home made garlic bread, twice baked potatoes, zuchini salad, and cake! so delish!

Her home is in a remote lil town way up on a hill and the view is awesome you can see for miles and miles, hills and even way off yonder the ocean. We sat outside at their new bar they made, there was 4 couples it was really a fun night-- I am very blessed to have wonderful friends in my life, here and in 3D life.

Really wish the mlc crowd would believe us when we tell them that life does get better- just believe.

Well, what they "don't" understand is that we "do" understand because we were once where they are. We just made a choice to move on and make a happy life for ourselves. Me?.....I'm not going over there ever again!!! They make me mad and are too depressing!!!

Glad you had a good weekend, K!!! And....in a few days you'll almost be 30, right? ;\)
