Just a little reality: Divorce will cost a lot more than you think, especially if you push and make it ugly. Then you won't have a house, or a truck. My in-laws had a nasty divorce, which cost over $100,000 US just for the lawyers. FIL lost everything. All his savings, his stock. He kept the house, she got everything else. Does that sound fun to you? Try and keep it nice...

not emotional, just confused, it's all confusing as hell. I am so ready to just get my own place and forget about her for good. I will keep it nice, no other way for me. n this province everything for a short marriage is 50-50 , she wont get more than that, doesn't work that way here. For ling term marriages (over 10 years, there is alimony etc). I will keep it mellow for now.

Nope not since May, I went thru an intensive 8 week program. It's part of the old me, trust me i have been tempted. But will not give in ever..
New update: the ng i guess decided not to return any calls/text/email so i decided i don't have time to play games.
today i went on a date with another NG, who has been divorced for a year, had 2 young boys a 4 year old and a 6 year old, and we went for lunch and got along really well. She is a taurus, i have to look into those. She is actually quite sweet. Yes I allready know take it slow.

It sounds like your W has several "vices" she holds against you. You've mentioned gambling, drinking, not spending time with her. Those are very big deals to your W, which is why she keeps bringing them up. And it will take a lot to convince her you've changed.
As for your latest update, do you really think NG #2 will work out any better than the first one?

Guess we will see, and yep my XW (i don't call her my W anymore to people) , holds alot against me, i am anxious to have her out of my life, i know this isn't the place to talk like that. She has hurled way too many hurtful words at me and I hit a point a few weeks ago where I said i was done, I meant it. Time to move on, last night I asked her if she was trying to take the house, she said she can't on her wage. So limbo will continue, i may take it still, but only if absolutely necessary. Even then..
There has really been way too much damage, that even if she changed her mind, it would be too late, because my mind is made up.
I would say I am a DB failure, but I know I am not, I have GALed, and it has done me a world of great.
