Just a little reality: Divorce will cost a lot more than you think, especially if you push and make it ugly. Then you won't have a house, or a truck. My in-laws had a nasty divorce, which cost over $100,000 US just for the lawyers. FIL lost everything. All his savings, his stock. He kept the house, she got everything else. Does that sound fun to you? Try and keep it nice...

It's good that she's not ready to divide the stuff. Just chill out for a bit. You're not good at that, I know ;\)
