I don't think I have ever posted to you before, but I have been keeping up with your thread. I was so hoping that H had come to his senses and thought he had there for a moment. Your H seems so much like mine. One minute they want to be with you and the next minute the OW has them under their spell again.
This behavior seems to be very textbook for WAS/MLC. I haven't quite figured them out yet. They are absolutely sure of what they want and then a few days later they are "confused" again. I don't know what the solution is. Do you give up and move on or do you keep DBing? Right now I choose to keep DBing. I believe that your marriage is not over yet. My advice is to read all you can about MLC. I know my H sure seems to fit it.
