I was leaving for the cottage at the beginning of July and she said she was leaving the bb for good (heard that dozens of times before). I was without Internet for a while. When I got back on - there she was - talking about "when I leave". I just laughed my head off - same thing happened last year. GO ALREADY! But addictions don't let you - do they?
I had a rough go of it this morning. Called to extend a travel reward with Southwest Airlines. Had to pay $50. My credit card was declined. I have NEVER had that happen. SO I gave a 2nd card. Same thing. WHAT? I online bank. I know my status. I was up to date on everything and had plenty of credit. Same thing with a 3rd then 4th card. Then a 2nd person tried - nope. I thought my credit was frozen or something. Had to call the Visa company. Nope - they didn't even show a request for authorization.
Called back. Turns out it is because I'm CANADIAN! Bleh. I can't even use my card at the gas pump in the U.S. enymore because I don't have a zip code. Well, the new girl had to work at it but finally put it through. All my cards were good. WHAT A PAIN!
