i just keep doing what i do, man the gym is such a peaceful feeling even if it does hurt, and i make grunting sounds LOL

When I was going thru my divorce, I found a lot of comfort in the gym. It kept me sane. I could go to the gym and take it out on the weights. I looked forward to going every time.

The gym has kept me sane, and likely saved me from going mad.. now I have reached a place where it's a habit and I enjoy it. one of my best friends keeps saying he needs to lose weight but when I offer to take him on a guest pass there is always an excuse. No biggy.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I couldn't ever find anyone to go with me either. A while back, a friend of my brother's split from his fiance. My bro told him to get ahold of me and we could go to the gym to get his mind off of it. He was all into it at first, but never did show up. I was hoping he would, becuase he was doing nothing but drinking everynight, and I know the gym helped me a lot more than drinking ever did.

The best part is that after a few short months, you start to look and feel awesome, and everyone notices. I remember I went to the hospitial when my XSIL's daughter (x-neice, I guess) had her baby. My XSIL, couldn't shut up about how good I looked, and how she kept telling my XW that.

Lol. That's funny. Bet XW loved that!

The gym is good. I luckily have found a friend that is a semi-regular workout buddy. But I find working out by yourself can be so relaxing - it can be great personal time. Now that school is done, I need to get better about working out more regularly again. \:\)

I am getting that from everywhere, and I see pics from me in Hawaii in January, and man i was a beached whale! It helps that I don't really drink anymore. Although if you talk to my W who has no clue, i drink all weekend long every weekend LMFAO..

I really could care less if anyone actually joins me, i accomplish more and am not distracted(well there are some pretty nice visuals there)..

My diet has changed .. now that i am down to a 32 1/2 haha.. i am not going back.
