It must be fate. I got on the state of MO education site and learned that our gov. just signed a bill (that will be effective the 28th of this month) that will allow for a provisional teaching certificate after taking a special exam. I looked at the website for the exam info and there is a free seminar about it this Saturday about an hour away from me....................guess I have to go check it out!
