When I first began this journey three years ago, I went to my pastors and they said I had two choices: standing or divorce. I chose the harder of the two. They also told me that I must let it go and allow God to do His work. I knew that but I kept taking one step forward, two steps back because I just could not give up not doing something myself. It truly backfired and it took me awhile, but I learned to let God deal with all of this.
It takes awhile to get to that point of letting go and allowing God to do his work.
