My L called today...Prosecuting Attorney is proposing...a lesser charge and a deffered sentance. That means no jail and probation for up to 3 years. I guess OW's plea from the heart did me some good. If I get into no trouble during probation the charge will be wiped clean from my record. Hurray for me and my girls!!! Nothing is in stone yet and I'll still have to go in front of a judge and he will have the final say. Lot's of litttle stuff to work out as well. But at least FINALLY some good news in my life.

H still has not got information for new insurance for us. Today I TM him "insurance info???" Haven't heard from him.

I don't want to tell him yet about legal stuff either I am afraid of what his reaction will be. He may just see her as the "savior" because of what she did to keep me from going to jail.

Got home tonight and was going to mow... the belt was off so tore it apart and got it back on. It fell off right away again. So now, I need H's mower. I need his checks for the week. DAMB!!! I do not want to call him, but really I have no choice. Well I call and guess what? He doesn't answer. Imagine that!

So not only did I REALLY REALLY not want to call but when I do he's not available. Nice. I just left a message, "Hi, I really didn't want to call and bother you but I really need to talk to you about a couple of things, so please call as soon as you get a chance. Thanks"
