Despite the fact that she wants you gone...she is jealous that you are improving yourself w/o her, jealous that you have a life that doesn't include her, jealous that you aren't pining over her.

You are giving her what she thought she wanted and now that she doesn't have to fight you on it you have taken back some of the control. You have turned the tables on her, so of course she is going to act weird/jealous/angry. You switched things up in a big way.
