Oh Karen you made me laugh, I have this habit well one of many of saying " well I must get on" My daughter ribs me about it all the time we can be talking on the phone and she'll say well you better get on, what exactly are you getting on with mum.
Don't mock the afflicted tho Karen, old age hopefully comes to us all. One day you catch yourself saying the exact same thing your mum said and you vowed you would never say!
