i agree- i am not burning any bridges...and i have no reason to make this dramatic. my family (dad and bro) will make this very dramatic though...oh well..thats them
i feel better now- i just went and paid for classes and changed around my schedule so i am all set! i feel so happy and on a new path.

yesterday was good..i invited H on a hike and he didn't reply so i went on my hike- well as i was walking down the hill back to my car he pulled up! he came and found me
he was on the same hill running but parked in a different area!
so then he came over for dinner, hot tub and we watched the Olympics.
i told him a bit about how i was looking at hiring a p/t person at work to help start the ball rolling and he was quiet about it...so i dropped it.
then in the hot tub he said he looked at some houses online
didn't talk a ton about it..more about health and nutrition..he knows so much about it and i love learning new things..
lots of hugging and cuddling, nothing major, just cozy..we cant really kiss bc i have a cold sore...im hoping to get rid of it VERY soon.
then he went home and i didnt say anything about him leaving.
he is going to watch our dog at our house for a few days while im visiting a friend up north. im taking his car too- so we are sort of living a normal life...slowly practicing being together in a way.
its actually nice this way.

That sounds really nice!!! What a great surprise that you did end up finding each other after hiking. It's really positive that he mentioned the houses online, really, really good sign.
It does sound like you're slowly rebuilding your life together. I like that you are using his car, and he is staying in your house.

i used to get so excited an anxious about things but i feel more normal excited now...i think detaching from my H during this process actually calmed my whole life down. same with the downs in life- i dont get as down... just get weird or sad for a bit then i bounce back...
i think DB'ing really gave me my strength back to get through anything in life.
my mom said my aura peaceful and i am projecting calm chi energy!
she is sweet and funny!
