Small update:
Spoke to her on the phone today (twice she called me)
She said that she was going to paint the shed since I did a great job on the house. I said Thank you and kept my tone light and friendly.
For the past few weeks she hasn't had much tho do with the house.
It seemed it was a place to sleep for her, that was it.
Now she is taking more pride in the home. She said that way no one can complain that WE have a mismatched shed.

W mentioned that once the kids go to their church activity tonight that she was going to take our puppy for a walk. I said I could follow along with our older dog if she wanted. Without hesitation she said We can do that. Her tone was also friendly and light.
Lord hear our prayers....
