Hi AG Until I can get the equipment together for myself and D it will be sparce. The regulator is the critical gear though all is important. Once that happens I have a good supplier for filtered compressed air.
USMC Martial Arts pgm is designed for real world combat. Similar to Street Fighting with moves and it's quite challenging. A relatively new program to improve a member's effectiveness in hand to hand and a motivator to keep them conditioned. It is a very good program. I am only at level 2 of 4 in the lowest of levels which gives me only a very moderate advantage over an untrained person. At best for me it is very difficult.
