It's Friday early evening and h just called and is on his way over. This is a first in a long time. He asked if I had plans, since he was on his way. I just said I always have plans, but what's up. He said he was coming over to talk about his new job and make travel plans for next week.

He said I could come, but it might not be worth the expense. Not discouraging me, but being realistic. He is traveling mon night and coming back thur night. He says the bad news is we are going to miss our anniversary Thur and that he wants to make it up to me. He probably won't be back until the am of Friday Hmmmm should I make a bold request that he could make it up to me by moving home. NOT! Just thinking out loud.
