N...thanks for still following...you got that right.
In my area, you can't just move to another town to do the same job as a general surgeon. I'd have to leave the state.
If I leave the state, I lose my kids.
An opportunity arose to stay in NY...make more money..have more time for my kids..but....I'd have to give away what I've trained for my whole life..do an 'easy' procedure repetitively, but, make people feel better about themselves.
This position would be in Manhattan. The training is in CA and I'd have to sacrifice 3 months of my life....miss Halloween, Thanksgiving and the holidays...to pick up this technique. My W would be free of me.

To further give you an idea: -I'd have to close my office and let go of my office manager -I'd have to resign my directorship at one hospital -I'd have to resign my partnership in wound care -I'd have to resign (or take leave of absence)at all three of the hospitals I've worked at for 18 years
I'd have to give it away....all.
Things are moving forward...I will be back in CA for meeting 2 within a week or so.
