Revenge flings

I know I'm asking for it,but I deserve it.My sitch is in Newcomers.

But part of my DBing is being honest.I have to own up to everything.

Right after we seperated,W went for someone else.After a few months of hell,I messed up.Had a fling.Didn't think of it as revenge at the time,but it was.It was one night,and then a couple weekends later again.

My OW and I both decided we felt awful (she in a very similar stage of seperation as me),and ended it.Meanwhile,W seems to have a real connection with OM.

Any of you guys on here,don't do it.It helped my detachment short-term,but did nothing long-term.

You guys must all be saints,because I see no other story like this on here,so I thought I'd share.

I'm so ashamed,but I just had to share,bare myself,be honest.Its the only way I can improve.
