I can't put the garbage out ahead of garbage day anymore. Those waskully wacoons have figured out how to open any type of garbage can. And you know the resulting mess. SO last week I tried to outwit them - stored the garbage in the shed till garbage day. Guess what? They bashed in the door of my metal shed. And got the garbage! Gosh - I must have great smelling garbage! SO...
On Tuesdays I get up early and while the coffee is perking I go up the hill in my jammies and drag up a week's worth of garbage and recycle. Well, sometimes I cheat and DRIVE up. Yeah, lazy, I know. And I'm sure I look WONDERFUL! - not! And if someone bothers to notice - oh well

I'm outside on my glider swing and I've got 3 little black kittens crawling all over my laptop. I keep shooing them away. They're cute but ANNOYING! LOL!
Yeah, winter sports are us. Good thing because we're really lacking this summer.
Yeah, a little disappointing on our medal count but for sure in Winter 2010!!!
Naughty raccoons. Cute little devils but definitely trouble. There are some that roam around my area here. Along with cute little bunnies and squirrels. There are coyotes here too and they keep the rabbit population down. It's been a couple of times now that I have seen a rabbits foot in the trail beside my place. And lately, it's been bears. Pretty close to where I live so when out walking I have to keep watch. City and wildlife do not go hand in hand. I hate to hear or read when they kill the animals instead of tranquilizing them. That always makes me sad. Big sigh.
The nice part is seeing the bunnies out on my walks or as in one morning sitting on my front lawn sunning!
I got all over colour and highlights. The highlights are a subtle caramel colour. Not too drastic against my brown hair. No cut as I am growing it out a bit.
What are you thinking of doing? Change to hair can be fun.
In the summer I like having some subtle blonde streaking done in my hair. In the winter I have it more carmel. Of course it helps that I've gone to the same stylist for 10 years and she is a friend so I can go in and say let's play!
That is what I usually do but this past winter I didn't feel like highlights. And this summer I thought I would be more subtle then last. My old colourist was fab and would put three colours of highlights in my hair. I loved it! Way more costly but she was d@mn good. She was just a bore is all. So after I moved here, I found this one that is good and chatty. But she is new and is still learning more colour techniques.
I could always drive to my old city and be bored for a few hours I guess!
Well seeing I have to be out in the world everyday the one thing I won't fool around with is my hair. So if it were me I'd vote for boring. But hey, you sounded as if you liked what this girl did.
