Sage, as "small" as it may seem, your 180 on H's "I hate this house!" is HUGE! It changed the entire dynamic. HE took the initiative to sort through his crappy mood and apologize to you!
It tears me up that you guys still doubt your abilities to be "good W's". You already ARE...you're just getting better at it!
