I did get a present. H heard me mention I would like a smoothie maker a while back and he knew it was something I wouldn't just go out and buy, and he remembered and bought me one. It was his remembering which was special to me.
Also we are going out Friday night. H knows that I am trying to cut back at the moment as my D's horse was really ill a couple of months back and we are still waiting on the bill. I know it's going to be around $2600 - so I didn't want to go splurging at the moment!!! So his thoughtfulness was very much appreciated and I felt comfortable.
All I could think about was what a difference a year on. Last year I was so upset about my birthday-we are getting better and better; even though I still spiral emotionally at times, those spirals are getting shorter and less severe. Time really does help guys.
