H4H, I have been following your post, sorry I haven't posted, was going to today but something came up, you are in the exact same position I'm in, willing able and ready (I don't know if I'm ready - been lied to toooo much) but our W's are not, they want to do their own thing. Everyone says when my W crashes, she'll be looking for me. I think you are more of a candidate to have your W come running back to you and ask you to forgive her.
The problem is when, how long do you wait, can you wait, should you wait, why should you wait, Your in the hardest part of this whole crazy mess, the unknown, the confusion, the wondering.
