i will slow down and just go at my H's pace. that has worked really well for me so i'll continue to do this.

now that i think of it- i did say we know what didnt work- so lets look at what we can do differently...and i asked what he thought we could do differently and he said he had a lot to digest (in the car) - then we got home and he opened up more (in the hot tub) or shall i call it a therapy tub!

so i really need to just take his lead and let him address what he needs to when he needs to.
