Mon - Ds and I went to work on my classroom. I am switching buildings so we have to move all my stuff and it is 20years worth. So we carried in lots of boxes and started decorating. They worked really hard so I was going to take them out to dinner. H called as we were walking out the door. I thought about what Jen told me and gave him a casual you can join us if you aren't busy. H still had work to do but he said thanks anyway and really seemed to appreciate the invite.
Tues - H went with me to Ds soccer match since his car was in the shop. It was his night and on the way to pick up D after the game I suggest he pick something up for their dinner instead of cooking. H did that and ended up inviting me to eat with them. After eating I ran out to run errands. I had asked the Ds if they wanted anything from the grocery store. H asked me to pick something up for him. I also gave him something else when he was leaving and again he thanked me and really seemed to appreciate it. I guess it surprises him when I'm nice.
Wed. AKA today - I went to sign my life away for the house. H had to go too and sign a couple of things. H was a little miffed because he didn't realize I was signing all the closing papers. When we left he was asking me a few questions about why I did the money the way I did and he agreed it made sense. Asked me a few other questions and seemed in a pretty good mood.
