Hey, Julie, I'll tell you what I think - take it FWIW!
If you can see some good in both S and BIL, and offer them both comfort and support - then go for it. You don't HAVE to pick "a side" if that's not what feels right to you. We've all seen plenty of sitches here where it wasn't "a good guy vs. a bad guy" - it was just two people making mistakes, struggling, and suffering.
i totally agree with Rob. I can understand the icky feelings coming back. Blech! Just be the best Sis and sis in law that you you can be.
