I wish I could understand why it has to turn into a soap opera! Someone has to stick their nose in, and then an XH, who in theory shouldn't give a hoot, has to start threatening people? Geeze!

I like Michelle's idea. If nothing else, let your H know that there could be an ugly situation brewing. He might not know what is going on there.

My kids are exactly why I'm concerned, otherwise I couldn't care less. Obviously this girlfriend has made some enemies or someone wouldn't be telling her ex about her dating. I really hope that she has exaggerated the stories about her ex to my H, because he's really concerned, "Given what he has done in the past, thee is a good chance he will try to carry out his words with actions."

I did express my concerns about my children and their safety to him and he says he's unconcerned, that there's no reason to be worried about them.

Oh, I'm not supposed to worry now. STBXH told me that his girlfriend and her XH talked last night and agreed to move forward and that I have nothing to worry about now. Man, these DAM men are stupid.
