Thanks everyone. It is nice to be remembered, especially since I have been AWOL for a while.

Things are great. The old W is back, and I can see that she is putting forth a LOT of effort to show me love and affection, and to try to show me that she is here to stay. Our weekend alone was awesome - had nice weather at the beach, went for looong walks, hung out in the hot tub, ate out at places where they don't ask you whether you "want fries with that". Saturday we saw John Fogerty in concert. He played a lot of old CCR tunes and some stuff from his new album.

I don't want to gush too much, especially since I know where I was just a little while ago and what you all are still going through. But honestly, there has been very little rough spots so far in how we are interacting. I can't help but be amazed at how different things are so quickly. I'll admit, I was pretty down on DBing and the efforts we all put forth to try to save our M's. I thought it was a lot of effort for very little gain, and ultimately a waste of time. All I can say that it is true -- If your WAS has not completely checked out, and you still have the energy to keep the faith, your M can still be saved, no matter how far gone or how hopeless it seems.
