I think you will get more responses in the newcomers forum. There tends to be more traffic there. Most of the posters here, I believe, are/or have been the WAS. As a former WAS I can say I (we) are more than happy to provide some insight where we can.
It sounds as if your wife is still open to you. I don't think this is the right time to go dark. Continue to GAL and 180. Do you have a to do list for your 180?
