Hello everyone. I wanted to update and let you know I am OK. I had talked to Brian and related to him how STBX has moments of clarity and the crazy times..It's like a light switch. The light switch is now turned off and all is calm.
Got out early and Worked on the house again today. We finished the trim in the last bedroom. I installed a new light fixture. All that's left there is quarter round down and some caulking to do and blinds up then that room will be done..
I got done early and came back over here where I'm living and mowed the yard. I spent lots of time with D. STBX was quiet..it was good.
a real positive for me today..the company I work for has a classifieds website where furniture is sold. My sister watches the site and saw someone post some nightstands and other items about midnight last night. She got up early and called the person with the items and found out the items were all brand new and had come from a failed business venture..so we loaded up and went out to look at what the guy had..it was really nice stuff, brand new..he said his partner had ripped him off and the office was now closed..he was getting rid of stuff..he had two nice mission style end tables with built in lamps for $20 each..I got both to use as nightstands next to my bed. I also bought 2 new lamps for my living room..$10 each, A brand new coffee pot..$10, never used..and 4 really nice stackable office chairs that they were using in the lobby of this office..$10 each..I got those for poker games I'll be having..we really did good..so not lots done at the house but some progress..
the kitchen is next..we started in there a little bit today..we moved everything out of there so we can work.
I'm leaving early again in the morning to work on the house.
STBX informed me that she is taking D to church in the morning..This is a first for her. She has not been in a church since I have known her.

Well it does my heart good to read this update, was concerned about you but didn't want to bother you today. Glad the last bedroom is all but done, another check mark in the to do list good on you brother. You are on the home stretch like I told ya worse comes to worse you can plug the stove in in the living room...
Maybe your luck is changing a little bit, man to find a deal like that on brand new furniture spread some of that luck around would ya. Glad you got some QT with D2 and W was calm.
