I've really been thinking about this lately...alot!!!!
H is paying the bills in this house..no mortgage so equals about $700/month.
He has his own place and has been doing major improvements there since he has moved in in March. Hadwood flooring new kitchen, new carpeting, new furnace,cement drive finishing basement.....
H makes 3x what I make. I pay about $1000 in groceries as i have my kids S's 19 & 21.
I thought he was coming around therefore I asked L to hold back on financial proceedings. No news since April 08
He seems to be more relaxed but coming around no, not saying anything about doing anything for the R.
I know that he really isn't spending money on himself but he is increasing the value of his house which is his investment.
Meanwhile here I sit waiting and waiting and I just hope not jepordizing and about the relationship or my financials.
Can anyone please give me the sceneario that they went through financially and if/when their LBS did or did not come back how it benifitted ot hurt their chance.
In other words I know I need to talk to my lawyer but I want to know fron the R aspect of it.
