also - we sold our cabin today! it closed and we are all done. sort of bitter sweet but its all good. it will allow a fresh start for us without as much $ attachment to my family. im actually happy about it bc this would have had to happen if we move anyway so it is better to have this over with. one less thing to worry about. no fires to wory about or bears! we loved it there but its a new start...
