Well, horizontal exercises are good for you also....I mean look...it's easy on the shins...and ...well....it's just better for you. I love horizontal exercises....as many repatitions as possible......
Okay. I am supposed to be working on my bedroom here.
I had hauled in some stuff to go through and now I am procrastinating. Wish I could just trash it all but there are some papers in there that I have to keep. I hate paper. unless it's the pretty note pad or writing paper kind, then I am all over that.
Do you have a container store by you? I love that place and I love that they sell cool stuff to store things away in until there's time to really go through and pitch.
