You are right about Ash - I will never stop stressing about her. I love her to bits and sometimes forget that she is a very capable almost 20 year old. I still think she is that little girl that I WANT her to be. I'm glad she is at least talking to me about things. I try NOT to tell her what to do. It is hard.
And, like you say - in 2 days this reno will be over. Well, the carpet anyway. They are not here yet. Of course I've been up for 3 hours waiting but they did call to say they were leaving shortly, just cutting the carpet. So it IS going to actually happen today. YIPPEE!
And Josh is a good guy. There are days when I question it. Silly me - I guess we all want total perfection. Least I do. LOL -never going to happen. Besides, I'm not perfect either. But he is a good, good man. Always polite, respectful, tries to be thoughtful, tries to remember to put the seat down (about 95% of the time which is AWESOME!). He really doesn't like moving furniture. But I know he will really help this w/e. And I will be GRATEFUL!!!
It is dark and gloomy but the rest of the w/e is looking not too bad, though cooler than normal. The whole summer has been less than normal but it's better than snow!
