I have posted a few times on these boards and have been lurking about reading...
The other day my W told me that we are simply "best friends" and that is all we will ever be. She has not filed any papers and continues to see the OM although he is away for a month.
We have really been getting along well (until the OM calls or texts, then she goes into "hostile" mode). I have been moving on with my life... going out with friends ... fishing ... playing guitar, etc... But she is still attached to the OM. Frankly I am getting fed up. I took my wedding ring off last week. I simply can't wear it while she continues to have the affair. I told her it means nothing to me while she is betraying our marriage.
Anyway... is the fact that she looks at me as a friend a death sentence to our relationship? I mean we are still living together due to financial contraints and thanks to Puppy Dog's advice I am "sleeping" in my bed again. But it seems like we are brother and sister. Does the fact that she looks as me as a friend and not a spouse mean the marriage is really over ?
