well i'm not sure it is ALL about how you communicate. but without good communication it is difficult to have the rest of the ALL be effective.
That is why my H & I are in communication counseling first. There will be lots & lots of practice with that, before we attempt to tackle the bigger issues of the R. If we get that far.
